For the first time, H'ability was a partner and exhibitor at the WFOT Congress: the World Federation of Occupational Therapists Congress, which took place at the end of August in Paris. Every 4 years, member organizations and occupational therapists from all over the world meet to support the development, use and practice of occupational therapy on an international scale.
Our goal was to meet occupational therapists, health establishments, as well as students from various countries, in order to make our innovative virtual reality solution known... Challenge met! Many of you came to our booth to learn more about our activity: more than 300 demonstrations were produced during these 4 days of exhibition. We had several exchanges with health professionals on various subjects: the advantages of virtual reality over conventional rehabilitation, gamified rehabilitation with therapeutic exercises adapted to patients, the enrichment of care offers thanks to virtual reality, functional rehabilitation, etc.
We were also accompanied by our occupational therapist partners, who helped us and reinforced our team throughout the event. Several conferences with different themes were presented: aging, technology, new practices, mental health and well-being...
All this made the Congress very interesting, rich in knowledge and exchange! In total, there were more than 2500 participants from over 100 countries, with speakers and partners from different continents. Together, let's support the Occupational R-evolution!
More and more of you are placing your trust in us, and we thank you for it. Don't hesitate to follow us on social networks for real-time news, and who knows, maybe we'll meet up again in 4 years' time for the next edition of the WFOT congress in 2026!
