Post-stroke rehabilitation at home: H’ability in France 2030
H’ability is taking a new step in its commitment to ageing well. Through the H’ability Home project, the company is…

The entire H’ability team is proud to unveil version 2.0 of its interface dedicated to rehabilitation. The result of close collaboration with our partners, the Jacques Calvé Center of the Hopale Foundation, the CRRF COS Pasteur 2, the Angers University Hospital and the CRF les Capucins, H’ability 2.0 represents a significant advance in therapeutic practices and patient support.
Because we want to offer a platform accessible to all professionals, whether you are digital natives or not, H’ability is intuitive and easy to use. In order to save you time and simplify your daily life as a therapist, we have redesigned the navigation of our library of exercises. H’ability 2.0 offers a simplified exercise search experience with new smart filters that help target therapeutic scopes and goals. Now you can quickly find the right exercises for your patients’ specific needs with a difficulty classification system, which informs you of the minimummotor and cognitive level required. In addition, each exercise is accompanied by precise details on the movements used and the rehabilitation objectives targeted. This new library makes it easier to plan personalized sessions and optimize results.
Accessible in one click in our library, find our ” Information Sheets ” in order to have all the essential information at hand and to adapt the sessions to your patients. For each exercise, this resource details the key parameters and their influences on difficulty, giving you a better understanding of possible levels of progression. But that’s not all! This sheet is also full of ideas for additional instructions : work in unipodal, on an unstable level, with a support or using weights, let your creativity and experience speak for varied and evolving sessions !
The integration of data tracking and detailed statistics is one of the major advances of H’ability 2.0. Get a deeper view of your patients’ progress with pain assessment, measurement of upper limb and cervical amplitudes, reaction time and endurance. This information allows you to access feedback per patient at the end of each session but also to observe their evolution over the sessions. With clear graphs and reports, visualize progress, adjust rehabilitation protocols in real-time, and maximize session effectiveness.
